Welcome to Psychic Saya LLC. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service:

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use this site or purchase any services/products.

Products & Services: We offer intuitive readings, coaching, energy sessions, card decks, and digital products. All digital sales are final. Physical items may be eligible for return (see policy below).

Payment & Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

Refund Policy: All readings and digital services are non-refundable. Physical product returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

Disclaimer: Readings and services are spiritual in nature and not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice. Results are not guaranteed.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at our discretion.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA.

Shipping & Returns policy

Effective Date: 06/08/2025

Shipping:

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • We ship via standard USPS unless otherwise specified.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • ​

Returns:

  • Digital products and services are non-refundable.

  • Physical items (e.g., tarot decks) may be returned within 14 days of receipt if defective or damaged. Buyer must provide photographic proof.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

By booking a reading or energy session with Psychic Saya LLC, you acknowledge and give permission for me to:

  • Prepare and set the energetic space for your safety and wellbeing.

  • Connect with and tune in to your energy field for the purpose of delivering your session.

This energetic connection is held with the utmost respect, integrity, and confidentiality, and is only active for the duration of your session. All energetic work is done with your highest good in mind and in alignment with your consent.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All services must be booked through the official booking page on my website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Service Delivery

  • Sessions are delivered in the format selected at booking:

    • Live session via Zoom or phone

    • Written PDF reading

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information at booking.

3. Energetic Consent

By booking a reading or energy session, you consent to me preparing the energetic space for your safety and wellbeing, and to connecting with and tuning in to your energy field for the purpose of delivering your session. This energetic connection is held with the utmost respect, integrity, and confidentiality, and is only active for the duration of your session.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your live session up to 48 hours before your appointment time, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

  • If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice (“no-show”), the session will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of my services, refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.

  • Physical products may be eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged or defective (see Refund Policy for details).

6. Late Arrivals

  • For live sessions, please arrive on time.

  • If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.

7. Disclaimer

All readings and services are for entertainment purposes only and do not replace professional advice in the areas of medical, legal, financial, or psychological care.
You are responsible for your own choices and actions following the session.
