Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your live session up to 48 hours before your appointment time, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice (“no-show”), the session will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued. Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of my services, refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed. Physical products may be eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged or defective (see Refund Policy for details). Late Arrivals For live sessions, please arrive on time. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.
